After uodating my fitbit versa now my steps are not recording as well.  I ride bikes and usually a 20 mile ride gives me about 10,000 steps.  Today I rode 25 miles and it only gave me about 8 000!  What is up with that??

@Windkitty Let's start from the fact that cycling is not a step-based exercise. In a perfect world you would not get any steps, only distance, calories etc. I know it has always given you steps as a credit, but it seems like Fitbit have tweaked algorithm so people do not get that many ghost steps when riding bikes, driving cars etc. It's either this or your road was less bumpy.
