@Michellelouise Is your Versa still syncing? When was the last sync? You can see it in your Fitbit mobile app. Also what's the battery level of your Versa (take a look at Fitbit mobile app). Have you tried rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?
