I've been experiencing nothing but problems since this Google takeover. My Versa watch won't sync with none of my devices (Samsung, iPod, & iPad) but none of my other BT enabled devices have any problems syncing with those devices stated. When I try to set it up again it can't find the freaking watch even though the watch is right next to the device. I've restarted my devices and watch and still buttkiss.
What is happening? 😡

Hi @La_Tigre Google tendered an offer for the purchase of Fitbit, but it hasn't been completed. There are all sorts of legal requirements and approvals before any company can buy and assume control of another. Fitbit is owned by Fitbit until the announcement stating that Google is the official owner.

I've had this watch for almost two years and I've never had a problem till Dec-Jan. My iPad pro and ipod touch are freaking new and I can't find the watch when it comes to Bluetooth. I've restarted the watch several times and nothing.

What about your Samsung device? On these tablets and phones, it's all related to which version of the operating system it uses and if it's compatible with Fitbit.

I managed to get it working again via iPad pro and now it's showing up in my other devices.
