Yesterday my Versa 2 suddenly shut down, the battery was full but I still tried to charge it and eventually, after half an hour, it was on again. A few minute later it was off again and then on, without me doing anything. Now it's on but it doesn't connect with the app. I've tried resetting, turning the cell off and on again , the bluetooth off and on again several times, downloading the app again, but nothing works. I have tried connecting my old Flex 2 and it works so I don't think it's something with the app or the smartphone, must be something with the versa2. What can I do?

I have the same problem - I charge it, it come out of the charger fully charged - I put it on only for it to go off and not sync any more. If I try to turn it on - just the logo pops up. Then it may beep/ vibrate and turn on again. Sometimes there is no response at all from trying to activate the screen. Once it starts working again it is normally ok until the next recharge - then the whole process starts again. Not sure when it will come on properly - I charged it a couple of hours ago and it has only worked properly for about the first 30 minutes after the recharge. Is it due to a glitchy update perhaps??
