Hi,i got a used Versa, that was supposed to be working perfectly. I'm not able to do the setup, after the restart it will take a lot of time to start, like 10 minutes on the fitbit logo screen, after that i see the setup screen (the one that tells you to download the app), i can see that the message rotates super slow between languages. In the setup screen i tried almost everything with my iphone, i even tried using an android and didn't work.
On the watch i tried restarts and nothing. I tried to do a factory reset following the instructions that i found on the site, but the watch never vibrates, so basically it's not working
Any ideas on what can i try to make it come back to life?

Well, first of all, congrats on the Versa!
Now let's get you up and running!
You will need a Bluetooth device with the Fitbit app installed. To see a list of devices supported by Fitbit, click here.
Once you found a device on the list, download the Fitbit app (free) from the App Store and put your Versa on the charger. The setup process can take some time, so it's best at this point to put the device on the charger so it doesn't use as much battery.
Next, turn the Bluetooth ON and search for the Versa. Link the Versa to the Bluetooth. Leave the Bluetooth ON for the rest of the process. You can turn it off after the setup process is done, and your Versa will still be linked to your Bluetooth and your Fitbit account.
From here, log into your Fitbit account (which you already created in order to post this). Once you are in the app, you will see a little credit card icon, tap it, and it will take you to your Account Settings.
On the Account Settings page, tap "Set Up New Device" followed by "Versa" and follow the onscreen prompts on your syncing device (phone, tablet, or computer).
Initially, the syncing device will look for your Versa (which is already connected to your Bluetooth from when you put the Versa on the charger). It will say "Found It!" Hit "Continue".
Next you will feel a slight vibration and you will see the app asking for a specific number. Look on the watch screen and you will find it. Type it in on the app. Now your Versa is connected to your account!
You will then be given the option to connect the Versa to Wifi (for music and FW updates). Select the option to set it up now. It will then manually scan for your network. Select your network, and if it's password protected, type in the password. Then you're all set!

Thanks for all the steps, i tried them and no luck 😕 .. every-time i restart it it's in a boot loop with the logo, and when i put it on the charge dock after a while it gets to the setup mode, but i can see that the watch it's super slow, the transitions of msgs it feels super slow. Anyone recovered a Versa in this status? I tried to do a factory reset, but i got cramps waiting for the vibration of the watch, without success 😕 . My next plan it's let the battery drain, and start from 0

It's great to welcome you @lmettini and @DramaQueenDiva thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you still having issues pairing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know how it goes.
