Anyone else going through Versas like water? I bought mine November 22, 2018 and in August the battery essentially died. After some back and forth, they finally sent a replacement. Now, a mere 2-3 months later, the replacement is not working. It’s charged but the face is now just black. Nothing. When I contact Fitbit, I get the robot responses that are useless. Does this scenario sound familiar to anyone else?

After updating to the new iOS my battery life depleted to about 6 hours between charges. After charging tonight it’s dead in the water. None of the reset options seem to work and it won’t turn on. I haven’t had issues until now but when you spend upwards of $200 on a device you expect it to have a long life.
