Over the last few weeks I have been having problems w my battery not staying charged all day, not receiving any notifications, not correctly counting steps or stairs, not taking my heartbeat and not syncing with the app. I have checked the charger, which will charge the watch to a 100% with different power sources. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Turn off the watch and back on. Turning my Bluetooth on and off. Tried different devices to get it to sync. I can't get it to work right. Anyone know of anything?

Hi @Usernamesomethi Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt help try a factory reset (settings app in the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt help please come back here.
