I hope someone can help. My versa has started only recording half my run on maps. the distance and time is accurate but the red line on the map stops half way through. Please can someone tell me how to fix this as it is mega annoying. Appreciate any ideas and help, Thank you!

@Whiskeyhj Versa loses GPS connection or the location services are getting killed. Can you please share your phone model, OS and Fitbit mobile app version? Thx!

Good day,

 

I have exactly the same problem, I run straight lines according to the map, and when I use the app to run, it does not record my heart rate in Strava which is very annoying.  Please help me as my sister in law has a Fitbit Versa as well and her map is perfect.  I Have the Hauwei mate 20 Lite, got the Samsung A30 now and I don't see this phone on the compatible list, my Versa takes forever to connect when I use the "run" on the watch.  My versa has the Firmware Version 32.33.1.30 at the moment.

 

Please help as I want to train for my first marathon and this struggle since Sep last year is sending me to try another smart watch
