I have had my Versa 2 for a year and the Pulse reading has been working OK. Yesterday it began erratic readings, sometimes double the actual bpm. I have cross checked with my Omron Monitor and Android app. I have tried restarting and switching Heart Monitor on and off in settings.
Can this be resolved? The main purpose of purchasing this was to monitor my heart beat. Now it is is useless.

Hi @MarkTW - just possibly one thing that might cause problems is the watch may need cleaning. See How to clean

Thank you but I have cleaned it. Since posting this the Versa 2 died! I have contacted support and they are sending me a replacement.
