Pulse sensor fogged up

I been having issues with the my watch,  actually second watch. First on died last year figured it was might fault so bought another.  Started noticing when I sweat the heart rate stops.  I was getting wood today and it stopped working so I took a towel and dried area around wrist. Started working Checked it about 30 minutes later and watch was off.  Took it off and notice the pulse sensor was fogged up.  Now it won’t come on.   Anybody have same issue?

Same here, I have two sensors fogged up. I contacted support earlier today and they told me to reset it and have a nice day (facepalm). At my wit's end now.

Feel free to contact support. I told them I had reset it twice before I started looking for other issues and found the two sensors fogged up. Their response was to reset it again. Classic.

People that use lotion have reported this

That is interesting. I don't use lotion, but it certainly is a helpful insight.

Mine looks like this

The two sensors on the right are definitely messed up.
