Hi~ I have used the Fitbit Connect to transfer music to my Versa on the Windows 7 desktop. It only took 1 min to transfer 100 songs. And then on my Versa, the whole playlist showed 100 songs with correct song names and singers. But when I played it, the 100 songs were the same. Obviously, the synchronisation was not complete but the Fitbit Connect showed nothing wrong about it. I have tried to make the song name shorter and simpler but it didn’t work. Can anyone tell me what I should do to fix the problem?

Frustrating! If I knew everything would be so hard to figure-out and do, I would not have bought the Versa. Fitbit Technology and ease of use is minimal
