Hello. I just got the Fitbit versa. I have an iPhone and I went on the app today and quick Replies were available . Usually they are greyed out. But when I put in what I wanted for quick replies it didn’t work. I’m so confused. Please answer.

Quick replies do not work with IOS devices.

I cannot explain the change in greying out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

IOS has blocked third party replays.
