Quick replies aren't saving

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Rarely do my quick replies save when I go in and make changes and click the "back arrow" (there is no 'save' button, 'hello'... use interface standards). In fact I've only had them save once and never since.  Doesn't matter if I make changes, back out, sync...if I go back in, those edits are gone.

It's great to have you here @TheWraith.

If you want to customize your quick replies, verify that you are doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Notifications > Quick Replies.
  3. Tap the app you want to change the quick replies for. To change the default quick replies for all apps, tap Default Replies.
  4. Tap the reply you want to change and enter the text you want to use instead. Replies are limited to 60 characters.
  5. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of apps and automatically save your changes.
  6. Sync your watch. The next time you receive a message notification from that app, your new reply is included in the list of quick replies on your watch.

If you keep having issues with this, feel free to provide me with some screenshots of what you are seeing.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
