I have read through the forums, I have read through the faq links. I have reset, restarted, disconnected and attempted to reconnect my Versa to various devices, I disconnected all other Bluetooth hookups I've had to the phone, I disconnected it from the other devices when it showed they weren't working. I deactivated and deleted the app from my laptop, and I still can't get this watch to sync to my phone (which is on the approved devices list) no matter what I do.
I can't even get it to set up. I've had this thing for months, but the last few weeks it's been getting worse and worse, starting with the weather not showing up, and now it can't seem to hold a Bluetooth connection at all. I've been trying to go through the process of connecting it to my phone all morning and as soon as we get to the WiFi set up part, the loading screen doesn't even show long enough for me to read what it says before the 'not working?' page shows up. My WiFi is working perfectly on every other device, including my phone, and other Bluetooth reliant devices like my speakers and headphones work fine.
What gives? Nothing is working and I'm getting frustrated.

It's great to see you here @yourevergreen.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Now if the watch isn't pairing, follow the steps in the article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. ![]()
