It is extremely frustrating that in the Versa video on the Fitbit website it shows you can reply to messages, it fails to tell you only for Android 7. It is very misleading and I’m extremely dissatisfied about it. Talked to a rep about it, there is no idea of when it will be available on iOS. If I could I’d take it back and wait for the next one but unfortunately wearable are non-returnable.

Let's hope that the design engineers come up with a solution for the iOS soon for us. I'd love to have a quick reply also on my iOS.

Today you learned to check compatibility requirements before purchasing a non-returnable gadget.

 

PS, the video does tell you it's Android only, though maybe white text on light pink/yellow background may not have been the best design choice.

I do not remember if it was there earlier or not. But, today after upgrading the fitbit app for my iOS, I am seeing " Quick Replies" option. However, its disabled 😞
