@CarolineGreenf This is limitation of the iOS Notification Centre. Fitbit is looking into potential workarounds, but Apple is not helping here.

@CarolineGreenf You’re not alone. I just received my Versa today and am disappointed to see quick replies are not an option for the IPhone. The product video is very misleading. I should have done more research before purchasing.

Apple is a pain, but it’s a pain I have been using for years and it’s unlikely I’ll switch. I appreciate Fitbit working toward a solution. I question why the option is on the app, but greyed out. Leads one to believe it is available and to perhaps spend too much time online looking for a solution. If it isn’t available, don’t have it in the iOS app at all until it is.
