Quick replies not working on Versa

Quick Reply is no longer working on my Versa.

It was working last week, but I had an issue with the touchscreen.

The Fitbit support person had me completely factory reset the watch, which I did. I set it back up again as it was before (I thought).

Now, when I get texts, they show up on the Versa, and I can choose "Reply". When I select an option, it slides off the watch screen as if it were sent - but it's not actually sent, when I check the text message thread on the phone.

So replies aren't being sent, though the watch seems to think they are.

That's not true.

They are sending me a replacement for the touchscreen issue.

That's separate from the fact that it won't send texts.

How do I get it to send replies?

Thank you for your reply, @GameMaker. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate the additional details, I am glad to hear you're being sent the replacement device for the touchscreen issue. Do you think that this issue could also affect the quick replies feature? Could you confirm if you're still experiencing the issue with the replacement device?

I'll be around.
