I just got my Fitbit versa 2 and decided to check out quick replies however the box for it is greyed out. Does anyone know how to fix this? P.S I’m on iOS

Hi @ssbagri , if you have iOS 13 on your phone, you have to know already by all the messages from Fitbit that there is problem with notifications and Apple's new iOS 13, which is entirely to blame to Apple and not Fitbit. Apple decided onesided to change the rules in handling notifications without informing Fitbit. So, now Fitbit has to solve a huge problem caused by Apple. So, do not blame Fitbit, but Apple, stubbern as it is. Regards kuzibri

Hi! Thanks for the info... one of the reasons I opted for this watch was because I thought it had that capability. Any idea if Fitbit is working on this and if it will ever be solved? Thanks! XX
