Good morning I have had my Versa for 5 days recharged yesterday now when I turn my wrist to look at time, etc., it doesn’t appear on screen unless I press button , can anybody help please 😊

It sounds as ifbthe screen wake feature has turned itsself off somehow. Easily fixed. Press any button to getvthe screen awake, then give a long press on the left hand button (the 'back' button) and another screen comes up on that screen will either be fitbit pay or Screen Wake and Notifications. Swipe to find the correct screen and change ths screen wake setting to auto if it is on manual. Let us know if that fixes it.
