Quick view feature stopped working

Hi, my Versa has stopped lighting up with motion, I constantly have to press the button. The screen is fine and everything else working great, it’s just the motion screen activation has stopped, I have charged it to fill charge overnight and still not working today. Can anybody help? I have tried holding down the side buttons and restarting. Watch is less than 12months old. Many thanks in advance! Amy

 

Oh my gosh my quick view had turned off. Sorry, ignore my question! I have no idea why it was off but problem solved!
