Somehow it is required to press the left side button to turn on the screen while the versa is vibrating for incoming call or timer alert. The screen doesn’t on even I raised my wrist.

Hey @Miix, great to welcome you to the Community.
If the quick view option on your Versa isn't working, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:
Also, make sure that this option in "On" by pressing and hold the back button and swipe to the quick settings screen > Screen Wake.

Thanks for the guide. It seems working after restart. I will monitor it and hopefully it will work consistently.

hi @Miix did your issue resolve? I've tried the suggestions and after 1 day he quick view starts lagging and not working again.

I've also found it depends, too, on when you're trying to use Quick View.
If your Sleep Mode is "On" and you try to use Quick View during the hours when Sleep Mode automatically activates, it won't work.
