Versa Lite shows Data Not Cleared

My versa lite what sync and has red cross saying data not cleared sync and try again tried this many times but nothing working

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thank you  I have now been sent a new one from customer service team which will be with me today so great service from fitbit customer service team 😊
