REM and Deep No Longer Included In Sleep Score

My husband has a Versa 2 watch, and recently we noticed his sleep score is now broken out between "Awake", "Restless", and "Asleep".  REM and Deep have disappeared.  Has anyone else had this issue with their Fitbit watches?

I’m having the same problem with my Versa 2 and with my  Charge 2!

Versa problem occurred first and then my Charge followed suit!

I would change watches at night, to get a Deep and REM score, but now both watches fail!
