Hello There,

I recently downloaded an app on my fitbit called RHR Report and whenever i try to use it to see what my resting heart rate is on average it tell me to "Login to Fitbit in companion settings on your phone". I do not know what is happening and i have looked everywhere to find a solution and i haven't found one. Please someone help!

Hi, may I ask why you are using RHR to monitor your resting HR while Fitbit does that also? The RHR app tells me that it takes 7 days worth od data in order to work correctly. So only after 7 days you will see your resting HR over the previous 7 days. If you want to use an app for that, I would advice to use HRPacing by the same developer. But all in all, the Fitbit app does the same: in the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press HR and a graph will show up with the resting HR of the last 30 days. On this screen there is on top on the right side a square, tap that and you can choose 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year. If you swipe form the right to the left on this screen, it also shows your Cardio Fitness Score. So, no seperate app is needed for that in principle.

I had the same message. I contacted the developer and got it straightened out. I love both apps the developer made—the HRPacing app is why I bought the Versa 2.
