Cannot swipe on versa

I can’t even get my screen to light up. The only way is by holding it down to access Alexa then I can pull it down from the top. Once i get into settings- it sits there and does nothing. It literally stopped working in the middle of the day. I have NO idea what has happened. And it’s less than a year old.

Hi @sk323 have you tried a restart? 

Taping the button once, should turn on the screen

A double touch of the finger on the display should also turn on the screen. 

However let's hold the button in swipe left, or maybe double tap the button. Whatever is needed to get to the quick settings. 

Make sure sleep is disabled.

Last night I couldn’t even turn off the light on my versa. Would not dim and shut off at all. Ugh. So frustrating.
