My Versa is a year old also and it suddenly stopped responding a few hours ago, it froze & wouldn't shutdown. I finally got it to power off but now it's completely dead. It won't charge and the lights on the back are off. I don't even shower with my fitbit on so now I'm concerned.

If you haven't done so please try plugging in your Versa for at least 30 minutes and then restart it.
