Received wrong size Versa 3 strap

Ordered large strap with new Versa 3.

Strap supplied small. I contacted helpline by phone. They said it was a large. Can't possibly be large. The assistant hung up. Totally useless. 

Anyone had similar problems? How do i obtain a replacement?

Thank you for your response. I have tried to make contact several times. I don't think they're interested. Their recorded message says if the call drops they'll ring back. I'm still waiting. The service is so poor.
