Hi @Karenfedup , if you're using an iPhone with the iOS 13 update, see the warning on top of the Customer Support page. If you're using an Android Samsung Device, this problem is caused by the newest Firmware update and Fitbit is aware of this issue and working on a solution for it. Regards kuzibri

Ever since the update, I don't receive sms to my versa 2.  Fb messenger messages come through no prob.  Updates should be beneficial not cause more issues!

Yes I was able to receive same but not txt msg apparently they.., are still working on it!
