I updated my Fitbit versa2 and now my Fitbit won’t sync. My watch says a different count on steps than app and app won’t update to reflect total steps on watch. Watch is  31239 steps but app will only update to just over 18000. Then when I sync again I lose steps to below 18000. Tried restart, phone off and on but nothing changes.  Please tell me how to get credit for these steps since it syncs with my Go365.
