I have so incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I bought the versa in summer 2019 and has been nothing but trash since I bought it. Constantly disconnecting from being linked to my phone. Battery life not nearly what it says it should be. Not iPhone friendly. The Fitbit app never works. Apps that are programmable on the watch are difficult to use/don’t work/ can only use one at a time, etc. Had I known that it was going to cause some much extra grief I would have just spent the extra money to buy an Apple Watch or saved some money and just bought a simple counting steps/HR.
would not recommend this product to anyone.
