Hi. I've searched the forums for this and can't find a match for this isse.
I am getting a rectangular red symbol with the Bluetooth logo in it. Obviously this is Bluetooth related but my Bluetooth is on and my phone is right beside/on me. I have attached a photo of the symbol.
I have seen the other "phone out of range" or "Bluetooth is off" symbol and it is different from the red symbol. I have attached a picture of this to show the difference. I know what this symbol indicates.
Anyone know what this dire red Bluetooth symbol means? Any help is appreciated.

Hi @KMan2021 - useful post, with photos! This is something most likely produced by the clock face you are using. Try contacting the developer, from the screen where you installed it at the bottom in show more details and ask what is causing this.
If it is working then it is not an issue, but if there is a problem try changing clock face How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Also restart the watch in case it is actually telling you of some problem - How do I restart my Fitbit device? And it doesn't hurt to logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone too.

Hi Guy_,
Thanks for the tip. I contacted the developer and got a very quick response that said:
"Then the icon with the Bluetooth is from my watch face. This says that the watch is unable to get information from the phone app (even though it is connected). The messaging between watch and phone has become disconnected.
