My versa screen has a red line on the left and right sides of the screen.  It is on all screens,  not just the home screen.  Is anyone else having this problem?

How odd! Try restarting it several times and see if that removes the lines.

I’m also having this issue. Did you ever find anything out about it? I’m wondering if it’s because water has gotten in or if it is some kind of internal screen display damage.

Never figured out what was causing it. They sent me a new one. It wasn't
water with mine as I rarely got mine wet.

Who do I contact?  Mine has the red lines too. Never been wet!  Which shouldn’t matter because it’s supposed to be water safe!

Contact Fitbit support!

My versa has the red line on the left, right and top sides of the screen.  It's also on all screens,  not just the home screen. Very annoying, can barely see anything on the screen.
Also the issue with the battery drop, it dropped down to 3% all of the sudden from 60%.

Contacted support, tried all different ways to fix but still have same problems.
Very disappointed because Fitbit has a good tracking app, would like to keep using Fitbit but maybe switch to a smartwatch with better tech.

Mine had the red lines down both sides. I ended up just buying a new one.

I had the red lines with my first one...my replacement one did the battery
drop...my third one is starting to develop the red lines again! Each
problem occurred less than a year apart from receiving the
replacement...but I was told they wouldn't do a third...really disappointed
that the life of these watches is less than a year! Wish I could help but
replacement was the only option!
