Difficulties with Fitbit Premium

I have subscribed to the Premium Package but it's not working. I tried it once before with the same results, I then cancelled (at least I hope I did, seems now that it might not have taken). When I signed up again I was notified that I'd already used my 7-day Free Trial. I found that odd since I'd cancelled almost immediately after signing up. But...I was hopeful all my initial problems were rectified and tried again. They weren't. Every time I try to access the Premium Package perks I either get locked out (Coach) or told I should sign up for Premium Package, leading me to believe something went wrong. When I tried to Register again, I was told I was already registered and so I went to Login, but my login won't take. It repeatedly indicates I need a new password, which I've done, successfully 3 times but when it comes time to login....same thing. At one point it appeared that it accepted my most recent password and offered me the Login button....which didn't work when clicked. Now I'm sure that I'm wasting my time trying to get this to work (been at it for over 6 hours) so I'd like to cancel. Went to the Customer Service page, clicked on the Premium Package button which sent me to a site that said I had to have a Premium Package submission in order to contact support. Now, thru many other steps, I found some information that implied I could cancel my subscription but that I wouldn't get a refund for my annual subscription, which I'm guessing they're basing on my alleged previous Free Trial. This has become a Catch 22 issue that I think will simply having me spinning in circles forever.  I don't want links to sites that don't work, I've already sent a PM to a Moderator, any other suggestions for an IMMEDIATE solution?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the Premium subscription and with the logging page.

 

To cancel the Fitbit Coach Premium service you can follow the next instructions as same as stated on this article:

 

  1. Log in to your account at coach.fitbit.com.
  2. ​Click your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Subscriptions and Payments.

 

If you purchased your Fitbit Premium subscription through the Fitbit app you can cancel your subscription through your phone’s app store. For instructions, visit the Apple support page or Google Play support page.

 

The Estimated Oxygen Variation is part of the SpO2 sensor. Please be aware that this feature has been rolled out to a small percentage of users. It is still not available for all Fitbit users and it is not necessary having a Premium Subscription to access it.
