Refund process inquiry

I had purchased a Versa Fitbit and really enjoyed it. Then I started to notice that I had blisters from the watch. I took it off in the shower tried not to get it wet and after noticing this I took it off for bed as well. I contacted Fitbit and they told me to send it back so I did... because I purchased it from Amazon and not through them I have been waiting for my refund for over a month!

I do not have a watch or my money! I am not happy with the customer service I have received, The watch left blisters on me and I have to wait over a month to receive a refund? I will never buy a Fitbit again or recommend one.

It has been about 2 months since I sent in the watch, now going on a month to get my refund back. They told me it would be 2-3 business weeks for my refund and now it’s going on 4 weeks and they just keep telling me to be patient. I am a college student and $250 is a lot of money not to have. Very agrivated with this whole process. They can take your money in a second but need a month and a half to give it back!
