Versa battery draining

I just received my Versa 1 wk ago, when I received it the battery was about 95% I charged it to a full 100%. Yesterday was the first time I’ve charged it since the battery depleted completely and it’s been about 18 hrs and it’s only at 60%. Thank you!

You are best not to let Lithium ion batteries fully discharge when possible as this will shorten the battery life.

Id suggest you restart your Versa several times and then put it on charge again. I think that will fix it. Let us know how you go

A warm welcome to the Community @Jordan3 and @NellyG thanks for stopping by.

If you are having issues with your Versa holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. After test your watch.

Let me know the outcome. Man Happy
