Hi,

I have been using versa for a couple of months. Suddenly, my watch just asked me to install app which obviously l have already done so? I can hard reset my watch as whatever I do, the watch just ask me to install app. 

 

Anyone has similar experience or advice what should l do?

Hi @MPSG  Try a factory reset. If the problem persists after this then contact Customer Support 

Fitbit Support  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Wondering if l should just reinstall app before doing the factory reset.

You could try that - it wont do any harm. I kind of doubt it will fix it though.

Factory reset doesn't work. When l pressed the button, the only message/option available is to ask me to install app. Now, the watch is useless...
