Hi all,
I was doing some reading and discovered that REM sleep is actually a deeper version of sleep than what fitbit calls "deep" sleep. On the graph, the visual representation implies that REM is lighter than light and deep sleep at it is placed just under "awake". This is misleading. Could fitbit change the graph layout?
Thanks!

Hi, @Helena03! There's some great reading on sleep on the web from reputable sources. One quick read is located here (https://www.ninds.nih.gov/Disorders/Patient-Caregiver-Education/Understanding-Sleep). As you'll see from this article, REM sleep is the most physically "active" stage of sleep, where your body is closest to waking conditions. Fitbit is indeed correct in the way they have the graphs set up.
