Apparently the reminder to move cannot be set for night shift. Wont let me program say 6PM to 6AM. Usless when I'm on nights.

That's correct. There is a feature suggestion to allow night shift workers to use reminders to move and if you'd like to add your vote you can find it here:

Note though the comment from fitbit that they don't currently have plans to implement this.

Hi,
I’m developing a clock face for the Versa and Ionic that supports shift workers and am looking for a few users to test it. It is based on my existing “Move It!” clock face with the addition of night shift support. Please see the description of that clock for details, and try it if possible, although the published version does not support night shift workers.
Currently the Reminders to Move counts reset at midnight and I’m making that customizable so you can set it to a time when you are sleeping (e.g. noon).
Note – This only works on the device (i.e. the Fitbit web site won’t understand what the watch shows)
If you are interested in testing it, please send me a private email and I can send you a link to download the clock.
Thanks,
John

Hi John, I have finally retired from shift work. I really appreciate your hard work on a shift work reminder to move as I would have found it very useful. Thank you, Teresa

Just a thought, but could you work around this by setting a time zone that’s 12h out from yours, just whilst on night shift? If you have the display set to 12h mode you shouldn’t notice?

A simpler solution is to use a watch face that supports night shift reminders. A bit like John was developing. Have a look in the gallery.
