Removing Clock Display App-Using up battery-Help!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About two weeks ago I loaded a "pilot" app from the Fitbit webpage to update my clock display.  My battery has been draining more quickly and I want to remove it.  I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ON THE SITE!  How can i revert to a regular, standard clock face setting??

Hi @mamab43 - if you suspect the clock face is using battery you can easily change to another by long press on the watch display, or swipe the face to the left and tap on the Clocks app.

There are quite a few options, or even issues, that can cause more rapid battery drain so explore those first. See How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life

Also try restarting the watch and also logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone in case it is due to a syncing problem.

Lastly if you need to, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and device photo and Gallery tile. There you can uninstall any apps you don't want and remove clock faces except the active clock face.
