The new Versa 2 charger is terrible. I'm considering returning the product. The charger cable comes out of the bottom! Won't sit on any surface. Please send out replacement chargers! A wireless one would be best, but at least one that sits flat so the watch doesn't roll around and fall over.

Agreed, the charger is an absolutely terrible design, whoever got that thing through production should be fired.

Hello,

I got my husband a Fitbit 2  for Christmas ( 2019 ) and we just got off the phone with Fitbit, funny the person my husband talked to said that they haven’t gotten many phone calls in regards to the charger issues. I myself find this hard to believe. To bad he can’t use the charger from my firbit versa. Anyways this design really stinks I hope they fix this stupid charger issue.

I own a Blaze in addition to the Versa 2 and I can definitely say that I prefer having to pop out the tracker on the Blaze to charge compared to having to charge my Versa 2 on what feels like a mushroom stalk.
