I have a replacement Versa 2. Really need help on how to link to my account and replace existing with the replacement. You would think there would be a guide on how to do this - all I can see is instructions for setting up from new.but my guess isI need to remove existing device and then add the new one... How do I do this? TIA

Hi, and welcome to the Community!
The process is the same as setting up for new. In the app, go to your profile settings by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard and then select "set up a device". Choose Versa 2 and it will ask if you want to replace your existing Versa 2. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, badges, etc will be retained.
