Hi,
My Versa screen broke and someone from customer services organised a replacement for me.
I opened the box when I got home to an empty package. I have just an envelope which hasn’t been opened and hasn’t got anything inside.
Am I meant to return the old one?
Please help as I’m shocked.

Exactly the same happened to me! Except I paid for a new sense as my versa as out of warranty. Been waiting since last week now this!
how was this resolved please? I’ve opened a case with CS already.
