Replacement Versa

Hi,

My versa heart rate sensor stopped working and i requested a replacement.  Out of curiousity is the replacement brand new or refurbished?  If refurbished, does anyone know if it lasts at least a year?  Not sure if i should opt for a discount on a new fitbit instead.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It could be new or refurbished. The warranty terms say: "replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product"

When you get the replacement. If it is a refurbished model, by law, it will say refurbished on the package.
