They sent me a defective replacement Versa of which the heart rate monitor does not work at all after my first Versa just stopped working. I contacted support and in the end they sent a link to a replacement form of which I get a "server is busy please wait a minute" error upon submitting the info in the form. I contacted Fitbit support again, to which all they could do was have another support team re-send the form and send me a separate email telling me to try again (after I tried over 10 times within 18 hours). I shouldn't have to be replacing a replacement Versa. If this persists and isn't solved by tomorrow, I can tell you I won't be using another Fitbit again. Everything else on the site works too. Any ideas?

I would like to know if you keep having issues with the replacement form? Can you provide me with a screenshot of the error you are seeing? In the meantime, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here.

Hi there, just interested to see if you ended up getting a working link. I’m on my second faulty Charge 3 and was sent a replacement offer. Link didn’t work for me either. So they sent me another link. Same problem “ooops server busy, try again in a minute” I’ve had a gut full of all of this stuffing around when Fitbit is at fault!!!!!! Get your act together Fitbit!!!

Hi, I'm not sure if I am in the right place, I was talking to someone on customer support this morning, recieved two links for a replacement fitbit, neither will work for me. I can fill in my details and when I go to continue it goes to load but doesn't proceed any further. Any help would be really appreciated,

I’m having this exact same issue I fill out the form I hit continue and it just stops nothing else happens I even changed what browser I was using tried it again I’ve done it at least 20 times and nothing is happening so frustrated I just wanna get my new Fitbit replacement

I am having the same issue as well. I have tried on my computer and my phone as well as clearing everything. Have you received any information on what to do next or resolved the issue since?

I got back onto customer service who thnakfully processed the claim form for me, and my replacement landed a fortnight or so later 🙌👌🏿 hope this helps,
