Versa 2 trying to change clock face.

Trying to change the clock face on my Versa 2. The system says that it is installing a clock face and have to wait.

It has been doing this for at least ten minutes. How do I stop this.

You can stop it by swipe right edge to the left on the watch and click on Clocks and change to a working clock. Then sync the watch with the Fitbit App. If necessary clear the cache and force stop the Fitbit App [on Android].

Also then in the Fitbit App click on the unsuccessful clock face and remove face.

 

The trick to more successful clock face changing is to do a sync immediately before trying to change a face in the App and again after, that's assuming there isn't a fault with the chosen face, then there could be problems getting the install to work.
