Hello Everyone,
My Fitbit Versa stopped working yesterday and I have been tryong to fix it with the online support of the Fit Bit Customer service. At the end, no way to fix amd still under warranty so they told me they will replace my device. I got all confirmation by e-mail tjat I will get the teplacement in 4-5business days but...it is real? Looks too simple and amazing to be true!

I'm sure it's real. If the problem can't be fixed, was no fault of yours and you are still within the warranty period then that's what they do. Note that your replacement fitbit will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period - the clock doesn't start again.
