I received my versa 2 replacement on the 30 September 2020, and just yesterday I had a bad fall off my bike and cracked the screen while it was raining so water got in and ruined the system. The watch no longer works, and while charging the watch got really hot. So I'm wondering since I already used my warranty once can I use it again or do I need to buy a whole new watch?

@Charleswall If you're talking about the free standard Fitbit Warranty, accidental damage is not covered. There is an additional Warranty you can buy at time of purchase, if you want damage protection. I'd contact support anyway, but you'll likely just get a discount offer on buying a new one. Sorry.

Hi @Charleswall  it might be time for you to check out the latest Fitbit styles. Sorry about your accident and hope you and your bike weren't hurt. As for your Versa 2, the warranty doesn't cover accidents.
