I know the versa allows quick replies, but is it in the works for allowing to full on reply to text messages? I also heard that a lot of notifications are going through and such, not sure if it's worth the purchase..

Quick replies is working well for me. I have not heard there will be an ability to fully respond to messages from the watch, and it seems unlikely that it would be very useful as the keyboard would need to be very very small.

I would have to agree with @NellyG here. Its hard enough typing your pin on the screen, so I couldn't imagine trying to use a keyboard. Also as the Versa doesn't have a microphone, dictation wouldn't be an option either.
