I accidentally restarted(reset) my fitbit versa device. And now the device is asking me to download the fitbit app in order to start. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it didn't work. Please help me how do I start my device properly synced with my current account on fitbit app.

It sounds like you did a factory reset @Poohcow 

You would then want to open the Fitbit app and perform an add device. 

You say that you removed the app and redownloaded. What do you mean by it won't let you download? What type of phone so you have? If you went to www.fitbit.com/setup and tapped on the link it would have opened the Fitbit app up or taken you to the app store.
