I got an upgrade at Christmas from a blaze to a versa.
I work out 6 days a week and have a very good fitness level. From the day I used my versa my resting heart rate has sky rocketed at least 10 extra heart beats a minute, it has dragged down my fitness score which was very good to average and I'm aware that it's probably over estimating my kcal burnt too.
I have my old blaze and have put them on at the same time and it's showing the difference between the two trackers.
I have already put the versa back to factory settings and it hasn't changed a thing.
Any advice welcomed.

@SunsetRunner So, I am looking at the attached chart and kinda eye-balling data points (the main grid is each 3 bpm). It seems like around November it was around 60 bpm average (Blaze), then went down to 57 bpm (Blaze), then up to 58 bpm (Blaze), and down to 57 bpm in December (Versa?) and up again to around 63 bpm in January (Versa). So, for a month-long cycle (less than that in case of Versa) we have 57 <-> 60 bpm and 57 <-> 63 for Blaze and Versa, respectively. First things first, this is not a big difference. You need longer sampling time (at least a month or two), especially due to the fact that you're female and your resting heart rate can vary easily 10 bmp depending on when during your cycle you are.
